Do your watches come with a warranty?
Indeed they do - all of the previously enjoyed timepieces that we sell come with a full One Year Warranty on the watch mechanism. Please note- all previously enjoyed Rolex timepieces that we sell come with a full Two Year Warranty on the watch mechanism. Aesthetic or physical damage to the watch, or any mechanical failure due to physical damage to the watch is not covered under warranty.
What is your exchange or return policy?
We offer a 10 day return/exchange policy on all of our previously enjoyed timepieces, as long as the timepiece is in original pristine condition and unworn since the time of purchase. All accessories, booklets, paperwork, etc. must also be complete with the timepiece in order to make a return.
How do I make a purchase through your website?
While we will eventually create infrastructure to sell directly online, all sales must currently be processed through one of our two brick and mortar locations in North Carolina where we stock our preowned inventory.
